Is it an emergency? Nanalu support does not handle health questions. Contact your care team or birth place, or call your local emergency number. If you need emotional support, look for a helpline in your country (in the US and Canada, call or text 988).
Contact us
Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address. Tell us your phone model and, if it’s an error, what you were doing. Nanalu has no password: we will never ask for your sign-in code or health information by email. We answer in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Common questions
How do I sign in?
Type your email and tap Get code. A 6-digit code arrives: type it in the app. Didn’t get it? Check spam and the “Promotions” or “Updates” tabs, check the address and ask for a new code after a minute.
I’m changing phones. What now?
On the new phone, install Nanalu, tap I have an account · Sign in and use the same email. Your due date, chest, tasks and notes appear there. Device preferences (appearance, reminders, language) you set again.
I was offline. Did I lose anything?
No. The app saves everything on your phone first and sends it to your account when you’re back online. In Family › Your account you can see if everything is saved.
How do I change the language or country?
In Family › Language and country. The country sets the emergency number, units (kg or lb), date format and the health guidance the app shows.
How do I export my data?
In Family › Your account, tap Export everything (.json file). For the baby list as a spreadsheet, use Chest as spreadsheet (.csv).
How do I delete my account?
In Family › Your account, tap Delete my account and confirm. The account and everything in it are deleted from the server and the phone. This can’t be undone. Can’t access the app? Email [email protected] from your account’s address with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will delete it within 15 days.
Just want to remove the data from this phone? Use Sign out: everything stays in your account.
Reminders don’t arrive.
- Check that notifications for Nanalu are allowed in your phone settings.
- Battery saving can delay reminders by a few minutes. On some phones, remove Nanalu from the “optimised” apps list.
- The reminder needs a date. Without a time, it arrives at 9 am on that day.
Why does the reminder only say “Nanalu”?
To protect your privacy on the lock screen. If you prefer to see the task name and the week, turn off Discreet reminders in Family › Reminders.
The baby list quantities don’t fit me.
In the Chest, tap Adjust to change your answers about your home. On each item you can also raise or lower the target or mark “doesn’t apply”.
The baby was born, or the pregnancy ended.
In Family, tap Baby born or end tracking. Nothing is deleted, and you can reopen it if you recorded it by mistake.
